When Mizuno, one of most recognized names in sports for over 100 years, selected a new one-million square-foot warehouse near Atlanta as their Western Hemisphere distribution center, Onepath Systems was nominated to prepare this site for the latest technology infrastructure that they would require.

First, Onepath engineered and installed the outside plant access to the new Mizuno facility to ensure diversity and ultimate reliability.  Next, Onepath project engineers and technicians worked closely with the client’s architects and IT professionals to design and install the inside plant and wiring to support the multiple applications required to support Mizuno’s operations at this state-of-the-art facility.

To help ensure an unfaltering consistency in customer service across their communities, Connexion awarded Onepath Systems a contract to recruit, train and manage a team of elite Service Activation Specialist (SAS).  Onepath designed and implemented a unique turn-key SAS solution for Connexion, including a comprehensive training and development program, operations handbook, performance measurement and evaluation metrics, administration, professional infrastructure and financial oversight.   The Onepath-designed SAS program enabled Connexion to add sustainable value to their communities and for their residents, uniquely differentiating them and allowing them compete more successfully in the residential real estate markets.

Target

With HDTV coming-of-age, retailers eager to display the brilliance and quality of the technology on their TV displays were faced with massive upgrade challenges in order to compete in one of the most exciting advances in the history of video. Target, one of the nation’s largest chains of retailers, with over 1,700+ stores across the country, selected Onepath Systems to help meet this challenge.   Their mission was to completely upgrade the RF distribution system in each of their stores to ensure that the highest quality video and audio signals are available in each store to give customers an enjoyable and compelling viewing experience.

Onepath’s project management included the mobilization, training, communications and coordination of some 20 teams comprising 80 certified technicians for this daunting effort.  Intricate scheduling, logistics, and quality control to ensure on-time delivery of upgrades were some of the hallmarks of the Onepath solution—with an understanding that each upgrade had to be completely non-intrusive on store business or operations. Onepath’s on-time completion of this critical, time-sensitive project provided the retailer with a much needed edge in the highly competitive market for a more exciting and enjoyable TV viewing experience.
